Florida prepares to build a second immigration detention center to join ‘Alligator Alcatraz’

Florida Gov_ Ron DeSantis’ administration is apparently preparing to build a second immigration detention center, awarding at least one contract for what’s labeled in state records as the “North Detention Facility.”
